The City of York Council is the Planning Authority for Nether Poppleton but the Parish Council is consulted on all Planning Applications relating to sites within the Parish. References and outline details of current and recent applications are published here and residents are invited to contact the Clerk if they want the Council to include their comments in its submissions to the City of York Council

Erection of 2no. dwellings with detached garages on land to the rear of the Lord Nelson pub, 9 Main Street.



Two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension and single-storey detached annex to front after demolition of existing conservatory and garage at 18 Calder Avenue.



Erection of smoking shelter and cycle shelter, new areas of hardstanding and formation of 1.2m wide footpath at Westminster Place, White Rose Close.



Display of 4no. internally illuminated wall mounted signs, 1no internally illuminated fascia sign and 1 no. non-illuminated freestanding sign at Westminster Place, White Rose Close.



Alterations to roof of side and rear extensions. Kneeler stones to corners of building at 3 Church Lane.



Variation of condition 2 of permitted application 18/00541/FUL (erection of dormer bungalow in rear garden) to alter design and external appearance of approved dormer bungalow at 8 Sandyridge



Variation of condition 5 of permitted application 16/00093/FUL to increase the maximum length of stay from 28 days per annum to 56 days per annum, and use pitch 1 as a wardens pitch for 8 no. months of the year at Cherry Tree Cottage Millfield Lane.
