The City of York Council is the Planning Authority for Nether Poppleton but the Parish Council is consulted on all Planning Applications relating to sites within the Parish. References and outline details of current and recent applications are published here and residents are invited to contact the Clerk if they want the Council to include their comments in its submissions to the City of York Council

Erection of 2no. dwellings with detached garages on land to the rear of the Lord Nelson pub, 9 Main Street.



Two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension and single-storey detached annex to front after demolition of existing conservatory and garage at 18 Calder Avenue.



Change of use of land for the siting of 3no. Shepherd Huts as holiday lets at New Farm House, Cinder Lane.



Alterations to the front elevation to include a front extension to form an enclosed porch and insertion of window to replace existing garage door in association with the conversion of the garage space into living accommodation at 53 Millfield Gardens.



First floor side extension and single storey front extension at 11 Poppleton Hall Gardens.



Change of use of clinic (Use Class D1) to flexible usage: non-residential institution (Use Class D1) or office (Use Class B1A) at ground floor level at Regency House, Westminster Place, White Rose Close.



Erection of detached building to form car valet facility at Ray Chapman Motors White Rose Close.
